Now, six years in, Chef Cheyenne Galbraith still leads Houndstooth into its next chapter with a deepened sense of purpose. Her culinary journey has been one of exploration and discovery—a storied career that took her through the vibrant kitchens of the Southern United States and the bold flavors of the American Southwest before bringing her back home to Southwest Michigan.
